Before Zara Gretti passed on yesterday, 28th March, 2014 she left a very poignant video on her Instagram page to update her fans on her current state of health about a month ago. In the video the ‘Teno’ singer in her sick state disclosed that her health had deteriorated to the phase of laying in bed all day:
