Pantone Color of the Year ~ Marsala by kewelco featuring a nail polish
Last week leading colour company Pantone announced the colour of the year for 2015 as Marsala – the burgundy shade of red with brown undertones. A staple of the ’70s and the ’90s, Marsala is set to be huge as the ’70s trends come back full circle and ’90s keep going strong. While such a strong shade of red is a far cry from the unassuming colour of 2014 ‘Radiant Orchid’ and is not the easiest shade to pull off for many, there are still ways you can experiment with colour du jour and update your New Year’s wardrobe.
