There is no denying Joan Smalls is one of the hottest models du jour, and it is no surprise she is the face of Chanel’s Cruise 2015 advertising campaign. Photographed by the label’s creative director Karl Lagerfeld himself, Joan is joined by long-term Chanel model model Brad Kroenig’s son and Lagerfeld’s godson Hudson Kroenig. Smalls models bold prints from Chanel’s resort collection in the images, shot by Mr Lagerfeld while six-year-old Hudson is seen in casual looks such as jeans, white shirt and a safari suit.
The campaign is not the only thing Puerto Rican Smalls and Hudson have in common though: Both have walked for Chanel and appeared in Fendi campaigns. Hard to imagine as Hudson is only six!
