Based on reports, Kennis music is set to release Goldie Harvey’s ‘Give It To Me’ video which was her last project before her sudden death. She was signed to the Kennis music record label before she passed away.

Goldie Harvey popularly known as ‘Goldie’ was pronounced dead on February 14th, 2013 (valentine’s day last year). The nation mourned the loss of a remarkable Nigerian artist who passed away shortly after she returned from the 55th Grammy Awards ceremony. Goldie was 29 years old when she slumped at her residence and died on her way to the Reddington Hospital, Victoria Island in a red cab.

She Participated in the Big Brother competition where she fell in love with co-housemate and Kenyan rapper, Prezzo. She did not win the competition but her relationship with the rap artist, was the major highlight of the game show.

Before her death, Goldie was married to Andrew Harvey in December 2005. He worked as a former expatriate in the oil and telecommunications industries in Nigeria and is presently based in Malaysia. Their marriage was very private so much so, that people were unaware she was married. Andrew simply stated that, “Our private life is nothing to do with work life, there has to be a balance.“ Andrew also added that Goldie’s relationship with Prezzo was just a competition scheme to win the Big Brother Africa cash.
