Singer Kelly Rowland has revealed she plans to be present at the birth of former Destiny’s Child band member’s first child in February.
30-year-old Kelly said she made the decision after her recent tour prevented her from being at the birth of her best friend’s child. “My best friend had a baby and I wasn’t there to see the baby born,” she told the Daily Mail. “I get choked up even now talking about it because I wasn’t there. So now it’s important to me to share those moments with my friends and with my family. I wouldn’t miss the birth of Beyoncé’s baby. I can’t. I don’t want to miss those moments. It’s life happening to people that I love and I want to be a part of it. I watched my best friend’s baby being born on Skype,” she said.
Pregnant Beyonce has been an uber stylish mum-to-be so far, showing NYC how pregnancy should be done. Recently she spoke of her quirky pregnancy craving that she’s had so far and revealed it is no other than the British well-loved condiment – Ketchup! “I don’t know if you’d call it weird, but I’m having ketchup with everything,” she told Closer. “I mean, I liked it before I was pregnant, but I now literally won’t eat anything without it.”
Beyonce and Jay Z have spoken out about how they found it so difficult to conceal the good news of the pregnancy. At the end of August, Beyonce performed four sell-out intimate gigs and strutted her stuff on stage in short, sequinned attire, she says: ‘The whole time I definitely was thinking, ‘Everyone knows, everyone can see! ‘When you’re pregnant, it’s a little bit harder to breathe, so it was hard doing all the choreography and singing at the same time,” said Beyonce.
The 30-year-old singer said she and Jay Z wanted some time to prepare for their new child privately and joked, “I hope he or she will say ‘I can’t believe I was in that belly!'”
