For those who like their sportswear loud and bold, Adidas Originals and longtime collaborator American designer and creative director of Italian fashion house MosJeremy Scott. The American designer has created a new Spring-Summer 2014 collection for the German sportswear giant and it’s all about bold vibrant colours and daring wild prints inspired by diverse transatlantic influences from the National Football League (think football jerseys) to the pearly Kings and Queens of London’s Brick Lane (with pearl button detail and Union Jack themes).
Scott uses a range of technical materials like mesh, nylon and PVC over a number of shirt and short pairings, tracksuits, zip-up jackets, cropped football jerseys and baseball shirts but the overall look is far more sports luxe than local gym.
Dollar signs, floral and leopard prints are, as usual with Adidas Originals, the recurring themes in this collection with aAdidas logo prints interspersed with digital graphics of Scott with a Union Jack face paint.
So what do you think of the new Adidas x Jeremy Scott collection?
