Lupe Fiasco, an American  rapper and big Obama-critic (some would rather say ‘hater’) was bounced off stage at the inauguration of Obama due to his anti-Obama lyrical content.

He had started out rapping words from his controversial song, Words I Never Said (2011), repeating the same lyrics from the song; “Gaza strip was getting bombed, Obama didn’t say s–t / That’s why I ain’t vote for him, next one either…”. When he was asked to switch songs, he refused and that apparently got security to kick him off stage.

Although the guards claim that the reason they got him off stage was he was because his performance was anything but appealing to the audience. “Lupe Fiasco was not “kicked off stage” for an ‘anti-Obama rant. “We are staunch supporters of free speech, and free political speech. This was not about his opinions. Instead, after a bizarrely repetitive, jarring performance that left the crowd vocally dissatisfied, organizers decided to move on to the next act”, organizers of the event said in a statement.

The Chicago-born rapper had told CBS in 2011 that he believed Obama to be “the biggest terrorist” in the United States. Do you believe that? First of all, “What guts!” is what I think i hear you say but do you think Lupe is feigning hatred and all that drama is just to get publicity? Well, do let us know your thoughts on the matter.
