You are probably familiar with the Moschino fashion brand and their three lines; Moschino, Moschino Love and Moschino Cheap and Chic but did you know they had a new and beautiful hotel in which you can stay?
The Maison Moschino had it’s formal opening in February of this year , located in the old neoclassical railway station on Viale Monte Grappa. In case you don’t plan on popping over to Italy anytime soon, I’ve added a few photo’s to show you some of their unusual and fantastical room and suite designs along with other images of the hotel. This fashionista’s fantasy is designed by Rossella Jardini, Moschino’s Creative Director, and is an embodiment of the mischievous brand.
Each room is individually designed, with names such as The Forest and Sleeping in a Ballgown and while some are more surreal than others, they all have the essential plasma TV and WiFi to keep things real, and some even sport small balconies.
The creative team seems like they truly had fun designing each room which all look simply amazing. Although the phrase ‘form over function’ comes to mind here, some might say the hotel may seem more appropriate as a place for playful photo shoots than a place to stay as some of the rooms seem overwhelming and somewhat impractical, with some rooms having rose petal covers and pastry cushion. But nevertheless, I would still love to experience a night in one of these fabulous rooms.
