In a fashion editorial themed “Guiding light”, top model Chanel Iman shimmers in black and gold metallic-luxe attire Dolce & Gabbana, Isabel Marant, Altuzarra, & Proenza Schouler, styled together by Maya Zepinic.
The editorial is for the 20th of March issue of The Edit Magazine photographed by Paul Maffi. Apart from showing elegant trends that we cannot wait to use as style inspiration, the Net-A-Porter’s style magazine went a step further to air Chanel Iman’s views on diversity and racism in the fashion industry.
Speaking to the magazine Chanel states, “I think that everyone should be equal; it shouldn’t be about color. It’s unfortunate that there is still a lot of politics involved in both the acting and modeling worlds. I do think we’ve come a long way, but things could still be a lot more diverse on the runway and in films.”
