Knowing your world class speakers
Mrs Patience Akyianu is currently the Managing Director of Barclays Bank Ghana. Prior to joining Barclays as Finance Director in November 2008, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Standard Chartered Bank, South Africa. She has over 2 decades of extensive experience in the finance and banking industry.
Her personal awards include: Noble International Award (2013), Africa Female Economic Champion-Banking (Centre for Economic & Leadership Development (CELD)-2014), Induction into Global Women Leaders Hall of Fame (CELD- 2014) and Woman of Excellence in Finance (Ghana CFO Awards 2015 and Top 50 Rising Stars in Africa (The Africa Report, May 2014).
Bishop Eddy Addy
Bishop Eddy Addy is one of three Founding Bishops at the Lighthouse Chapel International, and has assisted and worked with Bishop Dag Heward-Mills (Founder, LCI) for over 30 years.

Blessed with a strong teaching anointing, with a ministry emphasis of Pastoral Training, Leadership Development and Mentorship, he is a regular speaker and facilitator at several conferences and camp meetings both within and outside the LCI denomination.
Bishop Addy is currently the senior pastor at the Airport Branch of the Lighthouse Chapel international and makes his home in Accra with his wife, Lady Pastor Adina Addy and their two children, John-Dag and Anne-Marie.
Prof. Robert Ebo Hinson
Robert Ebo Hinson is a Professor and a past Head of the Department of Marketing & Entrepreneurship at the University of Ghana Business School. Professor Hinson has been consultant to several local and international institutions in Ghana including Standard Chartered Bank, HFC Bank, CAL Bank, Merchant Bank, the Enterprise Group; and Ecobank. Robert also sits on the board of Camelot Limited (a listed company). Professor Hinson started his professional career in advertising and has since becoming an academic taught a diversity of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Apart from his experience in teaching, Prof. Hinson has a keen interest in research and in recognition of his research productivity, was awarded the 2008 Emerati Highly Commended paper Award for a co-authored paper published in Corporate Governance, the 2009 Journal of African Business Best Paper Award, the 2010 Emerati Outstanding paper Award for a co-authored paper published in the Journal of Research in Interactive Marketing and the Best Paper award in the International marketing track at the 2010 Academy of Marketing Conference at the Coventry University Business School, for another co-authored paper.
Professor Hinson is published in or has had papers accepted for publication in rated journals like the International Journal of Public Sector Management, Internet Research, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Journal of Financial Services Marketing, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, and the Thunderbird International Business Review. He has delivered invited lectures in the University of Warwick (UK), University of North Texas Business School (USA); and the University of the Free State Business School (Bloemfontein, South Africa).
Mr. Ehizogie Binitie, Ehi co-founded Rancard Solutions Ltd in 2001 and serves as its Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Binitie served as the Chief Product Officer at Rancard Solutions Ltd. Mr. Binitie’s core responsibilities include providing vision and leadership in product research, innovation and development based on sound market insights.
He oversees technology-business relationships and ensures alignment between Rancard corporate strategy and the product technology road-maps. A passionate problem solver and entrepreneur, Mr. Binitie leads Rancard’s efforts in using social recommendations to help mobile users across Africa discover things they might find fun, useful, or relevant via their mobile phones.
His past work experience includes network software systems and applications engineering with Intercom Data Networks (IDN), and consulting with AQ Solutions for General Electric Corporation (Danbury, US) and Lincoln Financials (Bloomfield, NJ, US). He serves as a Director at Rancard Solutions Ltd. Mr. Binitie has a B.Sc., Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology in Ghana and is on extended leave from a research masters at Oxford University.
