Spring is in the air, and apparently, so is the desire to turn blonde hair blue. First was Hilary Duff with her washed-out mermaid hue, and now, Amber Rose has joined the Smurf-hair club.
Amber’s mostly kept her hair platinum, her signature do – until now, that is. She recently stepped out with her new hair and has us wondering whether it’s a permanent look or just a spring fling. But with two celebs already on the Spring = Blue Hair Shade thing maybe it’s a trend that will catch on soon. I mean everyone’s on that mermaid hype experimenting with pastels to multiple candy tones so who knows.
