Zendaya turns up the heat for the Spring 2016 cover of New You Magazine. Photographed by Fadil Berisha, the singer and actress models a silver minidress with ruffles on the cover while inside the magazine she dazzles in a gold gown.

In the frank interview with the magazine, Zendaya talked about excessive Photoshopping of images calling out a magazine which edited her to look thinner.

“There is no such thing as ugly. That’s a word that doesn’t really enter my vocabulary. If there’s any definition to being perfect, you’re perfect at being yourself. No other person can be you 100 percent; no one has your fingerprint; no one has your DNA. You are you 120 percent, through and through,” Zendaya said.

“Whether it is through my social media or whatever, I want anyone who looks up to me to know that I go through the same problems. I have to be confident in who I am. When I learn things about myself, I like to share that journey with people because I know there are a lot of people going through the same thin,” she continued.
The Disney star also revealed she was picked on at school. “I was made fun of but it didn’t bother me very much because I was very comfortable in who I was,’ she said, pointing out that it is just too tiring to fake it,” she offered.
