Model on the rise and social media sensation Kendall Jenner has scored another major deal as the new face of cosmetics brand Estée Lauder. Announced by the brand in a press release on Saturday and also revealed by the 19-year-old on social media, the news comes just two weeks after Kendall’s birthday celebrations.
Described as the “ultimate instagirl,” the 19-year-old was tapped to represent the brand because she bridges “the worlds of high fashion, entertainment and social media.”
Jenner talked about her new role as ““an incredible honor and quite humbling” and added, “I found out when I was backstage at Paris fashion week, and all this time I’ve had to keep the news top secret.”
Finally able to share the news via her Instagram today, Kendall wrote: “I am super excited to announce that I am the new face of @esteelauder! I still can’t believe it myself!”
With high profile runways and campaigns already under her belt and this new role, the budding model certainly set on her stellar rise in the fashion world. Congratulations, Kendall!
