Thandie Newton In Eki Orleans!
Hollywood Actress and lead star of Chimamanda Adichie’s novel-to-movie Half of a Yellow Sun certainly has a love for African things. The gorgeous actress was spotted wearing an African print patchwork silk dress by Nigerian fashion brand Eki Orleans.
Thandie Newton was spotted in her Eki Orleans Fall 2013 silk dress at the Audi International at Guards Polo Club, near Windsor, to support England as it faces Argentina for the Coronation Cup on July 26, 2014 in Egham, England.
One thing that we always acknowledge is bold and vibrant colours so we love this piece that Thandie Newton has on. The piece can best described as young, fresh, feminine and elegant simplicity – and definitely bold. The collection from which the dress is seen was inspired by the migration of butterflies towards the desert horizon – using orange and yellow, which are desert colours, as well as royal blue, a colour often worn by the locals in the north.
For her look, Thandie is wearing an Eki Orleans dress, Jess Collet Milliner hat, Stella McCartney shoes, Loquet pendant, and a Marni bag.
