Only weeks after her glorious and quirky wedding, Solange ends the year with a bang, named as the new face of French label ElevenParis for the label’s spring/summer 2015 ad campaign. Starring alongside rocker Christopher Owens and photographed by Kim Jakosbsen To, the singer rocked a few ready-to-wear looks from the designer’s spring/summer ’15 collection.
According to the brand, the Eleven Paris design studio drew inspiration from the afro-house rhythms of Johannesburg, The designs include sporty casual ensembles such as a sheer jersey and shredded sweatshirt.
“We wanted spokesmodels who would represent another facet of Eleven Paris, one that is constantly on the lookout for emerging creative movements and which has designed to the rhythm of indie music since 2003,” Dan Cohen, the brand’s co-founder, said, according to Yahoo! News. “For me, Solange and Christopher as a pair are the perfect illustration of this.”
Beyoncé’s little sister and mother of one is of course no stranger to fashion having teamed up with Puma earlier this year for her second art-directing campaign and capsule collaboration.
