You’ve never seen Oprah Winfrey quite like this.
The 60-year-old TV titan arrived wearing a Manrico cashmere jumpsuit and Vince wedges to shoot O, The Oprah Magazine‘s September makeover issue. “I like pretending I’m a movie star,” Oprah Winfrey admitted.
Makeup artist Derrick Rutledge complemented Oprah Winfrey’s outfit—a black Capezio catsuit—by giving her a smoky eye and glossy lips, while hairstylist Andrew Walker slicked his client’s hair into a chic ponytail. Ruven Afanador photographed Winfrey. “I’m feeling pretty phenomenal on this cover,” she said.
Even so, Winfrey still had her doubts. “I was a little apprehensive about doing this cover in a bodysuit because as Maya Angelou says in her ‘Phenomenal Woman,’ ‘I’m not built to suit a fashion model size.’ But it’s like something I’ve never done,” she said of the sultry photo shoot. “It’s really kind of exciting.”
We love the looks of Oprah in this makeover issue, the media mogul looks absolutely stunning and FAB. O, The Oprah Magazine‘s September makeover issue hits newsstands on Aug. 12.
