Fally Ipupa Nsimba was born in 1977, December 14. His first solo work, Droit chemin which came out in 2006, sold over 100,000 records, and his second album Arsenal de Belles Melodies was released in 2009. In 2007, Ipupa bagged a Kora Award for Best Artist from Central Africa. In 2010, the young entertainer won the MTV Africa Music Awards for Best Video (for Sexy Dance) and best Francophone. He was nominated in the Best Live Act category at the 2014 MTV Africa Music Awards.
Fally has worked with several Nigerian aristes such as Flavour and J-Martins. And his electrifying bi-lingual colaboration; “Chaise Electrique,” with Olivia and G-Unit some time back was a helluva piece indeed. Fally Ipupa has no doubt left all of Africa falling for his musical charm and as he takes on the global sphere, we can only say, keep it on, FAB son.
