Guess who’s back?
Ever wondered where he went since 2010 after his “Battle Of The Sexes” LP? Well, we all did.
American rapper Ludacris materializes with a brand new solo album “Ludaversal”. Release date is set for March 31. The rapper/actor who is also now a proud father-to-be as he is expecting a child with his wife Eudoxie, posted the project’s cover art, on his Intsragam account on March 2. It features his first car before his major break, a 1993 Acura Legend, parked next to his private jet. He still owns the vehicle by the way.
Speaking about it on his Facebook page the Furious 7 star gushes: “Okay Luda Nation, now what we have here is 29 days until Ludaversal album comes out, We been waiting years for this and I’m telling you it was worth the wait. You saw me just drop the album cover. That’s my ‘93 Acura Legend with my Hawker 700 private plane. This describes me to a T, I’m trying to tell you. It’s complex and it’s also very humbling at the same time. It’s sophisticated, it’s elegant, but it’s also down to earth. That is who I am and this is what I do.”
And whilst conversing with Billboard, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges also disclosed that this new material will delve into his journey from struggling MC to present day.
“So that’s what Ludaversal is all about.”, he says.
“It’s Welcome to my world, this is where I live, this is what I go through on a day-to-day basis.’”
Considering he has definitely come a long way since acclaimed singles of his fame “Move B*t$h” with Mystikal and I-20, and “Area Codes” with the late Nate Dogg, we look forward to all the stories waiting to be unraveled in this new body of work.
