In true Jean Pierre Braganza style, the Spring/Summer 2012 collection was presentation of daring, architectural tailoring, with modern elegance.  Models stomped the runway to 80’s electro pop music in a monochrome dripped palette combined with strong lessons in geometric prints.

The collection featured beautiful pieces that effortlessly twined the feminine with the masculine with jersey dresses, loose knee-length dresses, maxi skirts and structured well tailored suit jackets including clever deconstructed suit pieces. Flashes of blood-red, and coral broke the monochrome order. Stand out pieces for me were over-sized waistcoats that came in dresses too, the paneling and cut out detailing in dresses, the art deco suit print on dresses and the fishtail plaits in the model’s hair.
