The 26 year old singer, Kesha Rose Sebert has been reported to have been checked into a rehabilitation centre for Eating Disorder, in a statement issued by her spokesman on the 3rd of January 2014.
According to BBC reports, the statement quotes Kesha saying she wants to “learn to love myself again, exactly as I am”. This is rather displeasing for the pop artist’s career,who is recently trending as number one on the Official Singles Chart with Timber.

Reports stated that she is receiving treatment at the Timberline Knolls Centre close to Chicago.
Kesha is also a songwriter known for her hit tracks, “Tik tok” “Crazy kids” and “Die young” with millions of views on YouTube respectively, earning the pop star over forty award nominations, more than fifteen wins among these awards including the MTV Europe Music Award for Best New Act in 2010 and several Billboard Awards in November 2013. She has reportedly sold over 33 million records in the U.S and 55 million records worldwide.

The Gothic styled artist, owns a reality TV series, ‘My Crazy Beautiful Life’ a no-limits documentary series exploring the inside the world of the multi-platinum recording artist, as she experiences the biggest personal and professional challenges of her life. This TV series was shot over the course of two years by her filmmaker brother, Lagan Sebert.
