R&B singer FKA Twigs graces the June/July 2015 cover of Complex Magazine in a eery closeup which will have Illuminati conspiracy theorist having a field day. The quirky singer and Robert Pattinson’s fianceé is captured in a shot where the eye of Horus is prominently displayed.
The 27 year old former dancer, real name Tahliah Barnett is also seen in a range of arty shots for the magazine while in her interview, she talks fame, racism and fiance Pattinson.
When addressing T-Pain outing the couple’s engagement, Twigs says, “It’s fine, I’m a pretty chill person, do you know what I mean? … If you can’t touch it, it’s not real.”
Also discussing the racist abuse she has suffered online since her relationship with the actor came to light late last year, the singer says, “I wouldn’t say I’m completely numb to it now, but there’s definitely a numbness there. It is pretty horrible. But ultimately, I’m in an amazing relationship. So it doesn’t matter.”
The avant-garde performer’s new release EP3 is due out in the next couple of months and she has also been nominated in the Best International Act: UK category at the upcoming BET Awards on June 28.
