More AMVCA fun!
The Pre-Party was definitely an awesome event. With several celebrities in one place there is sure to be a lot of fun. Check out the full red carpet pictures at the event Here.
With all the glamorous pictures and beautifully clad celebrities putting together a list of our top looks was a bit hard but we prevailed! From Rita Dominic, Sika Osei to Gbenro Ajibade, Uti Nwachukwu and more we are certain you’ll love our choices.
Studio 53 Extra co-host Sika Osei looked dashing in a green sequins dress highlighted by a cinched waist and blue sandal heels. We love the subtle makeup too – an elegant and appropriate look.
Nollywood comedy queen Funke Akindele looked quite marvelous. Her colour-block lace dress looked FAB and we love her choice of shoes.
Rukky Sanda went subtle for the night. It’s a refreshing look from the Nollywood actress and producer who chose a pink floor-length dress and blue box clutch. Paired with a pair of blue and pink sandals, she showed off a cut-out detail on the back of her dress.
IK Ogbonna is a model that we are quite familiar with. His choice of an African touch with his outfit won us over. We also like that he went with colour for the night.
Gbenro Ajibade obviously got the memo for the colour trends that men should embrace. The Tinsel actor went with a well-tailored blue suit and even though we can go without the crest on his chest, we love his choice for the night.
Funlola Aoyiefibi-Raimi is one woman we love to love. Her flawless elegance was enhanced in a red jumpsuit and big afro – an unusual combination but she pulled it off.
Sister to the ever loved Eku Edewor, Kessiena went casual chic in a shirt dress made even better with print pumps. We love her pink pout too.
Uti’s dapper looks are now a constant. This shade of blue works well for the TV Presenter and his smile doesn’t hurt.
Rita Dominic sure is a Lanre Da Silva-Ajayi fan and we love the looks of the Nigerian designer’s outfits on her. Green works for the actress and the high neckline is a risky yet workable look.
Bolanle Olukanni went with an all leather look dress that we absolutely love! Simple, clean and chic.
Tomi Odunsi was picture perfect in this pink number. Her bow detail at the back is cute and her touch of an ankara purse is approved and FAB.
Osas Ighodaro went with this number from Bubu Ogisi’s latest “Blood & Bones” collection and we love it. Her curves are accentuated and her hair rocks!
Tinsel actor Gideon Okeke looks extra yummy and dapper in this suit. We think he looks FAB, don’t you?
Sheer is in and Andrea Giaccaglia knows how to work it. A little black dress paired with pink satin pumps works for the star.
Joselyn! Joselyn! Joselyn! Never mind those impeccable abs we can’t take our eyes off, we love the crop top and her choice of white. A different pair of shoes, such as snake skin pumps, would have been a better choice.
