FAB News: Will Smith & Jada Pinkett-Smith Going Strong

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith 14 year marriage is solid as a rock, it seems, as the Hollywood power couple have bounced back from the separation rumours that kicked off earlier this year.

The bad patch, which included rumours of Jada allegedly having an affair with her Hawthorne co-star Marc Anthony, stemmed from the couple’s differing opinions on how to manage the careers of their superstar kids, Jaden and Willow. While Will Smith was pushing for full-blown stardom, Jada was in favour of easing them in gently.

At the time of the separation rumours, Will Smith released a statement to the press via his publicist after a report in America’s In Touch Weekly magazine first published the break-up claims.

It read: ‘Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumours circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact.’
The statement came hours after Jada denied any rumours of an affair with Jennifer Lopez’s then husband. ‘All the rumours regarding Marc Anthony and Jada are false. Completely untrue,’ Jada’s spokesperson, Karynne Tencer, said. ‘As for [the reports of a split between] Will and Jada, I’m not commenting on their personal life.’

Will’s son, Trey Smith, took to Twitter to deny the rumours with a tweet that read, “Will and Jada getting a DIVORCE .. NOT TRUE AT ALL !!”

With the couple’s marriage stronger than ever, Will is now preparing for his new role for the M.Night Shyamalan movie, After Earth. It seems Mr. and Mrs. Smith may also have ironed out their differrences with regards to their children’s careers as Will’s new costar is set to be his son Jade Smith.
Most recently, the 43-year-old father of three was spotted in Miami debuting his new shaven head look for his role. What do you think: hot or not?
