Fashion Notebook owned by budding fashion journalist and brand collaborator, Nancie Mwai has made it onto the list of the world top 13 fashion blogs.
The Kenyan blog is on Lucky Magazine ‘s list alongside blogs from Australia, Japan, Brazil, United Kingdom, Spain, Greece, Netherlands, Italy, China, Canada and Philippines.
“We love Nancie Mwai’s, The Fashion Notebook and pretty much want to wear everything she owns. We also love how she gives us a glimpse into a world that’s at least a plane ride and a half away,” the magazine said on why she was recognised.
This latest recognition is coming on the heels of The Guardian UK naming Nancie as one of the top ten fashion bloggers in Africa.
Nancie the Creative Director and owner of Fashion Notebook has a degree in International Business Administration and marketing from The United States International University in Nairobi. She started blogging as a hobby and has won the title of the Best Fashion Blogger from The Bloggers Association of Kenya in 2012 and 2013.
Fashion Notebook is a blog which showcases fashion in different lights, ranging from African designers to the shopping culture in Kenya, the blog also features international brands that she is enthusiastic about.
