FAB News: Bella Naija Founder Uche Eze Weds Bode Pedro (Founder of Veda Computers)

Uche Eze leads a pack of Nigerian internet moguls with her famous blogazine, BellaNaija and with her meek nature and quiet demeanor one could almost assume that she lacks the kind of drive that keeps her at the top of the Nigerian blogosphere! Meeting her years back was such a pleasure, knowing her an even greater one. She has inspired, motivated and got a whole generation of young entrepreneurs in the country believe in and strive towards actualising their individual dreams!

I remember meeting the ever-stylish Bode years back as well, a committed music entrepeneur who I would later discover was a geek to the bone! Bodes passion to create his own brand of computers was infectious. I recall years ago, that he would show me prototypes and share with me the awesome software he was creating to power these devices. I recall the glow on his phase when he announced to me that his local factory was set-up and ready to churn out these amazing devices and today his VEDA brand is catching on quite fast amongst the youth population who love the colourful pieces and the executives who love the silver-lined ones.

Uche and Bodes relationship was one of Lagos’ best kept secret and I only found out a few years ago at Bodes twenty-somethingth birthday party. As I type on my VEDA computer (yes I own one) and take a quick look at BellaNaija.com, I realise that this couple have indeed touched my life (not just because I know them) amongst millions of others!

I will like to wish them the very best of everything good that a marriage has to offer. I pray their love and empire will continually grow and multiply that they will always know peace!
