You may be familiar with the works of designer Taibo Bacar of Mozambique from this year’s Arise Fashion Week where he dazzled with an array of feminine designs in earthy hues ranging from flirty little shorts to floating sheer skirts.
Bacar’s A/W 2012-13 silhouettes are equally sophisticated and elegant, and his palette equally flattering – in a palette ranging from forest green to bright orange, the long skirts are sheer and floaty, the short shorts and cropped trousers tailored, blazers cropped, midi pencil skirts fitted and flattering.
Our favourite? We’re stuck somewhere between the itsy bitsy print tops and the multi-faceted one-piece.
