Rwandan fashion label House of Tayo, established by Matthew “Tayo” Rugamba to showcase the inherent African style and sophistication in their creations with influences ranging from the Motown era to the works of Ozwald Boateng, has released images from their spring shoot.

In line with the label’s aim to marry elegance and class with African heritage and iconography, bowties, snoods and scarves in pretty prints add a playful touch to the otherwise olde worlde style portraits in muted tones.
