Cutesie pop princess Willow Smith, daughter of Will ‘Fresh Prince’ Smith and Jada Pinkett, may only be the fine old age of 11, but already she’s proving to be one to watch in the style stakes.
Turning up to perform at the Jingle Ball, La, she rocked a pair of pearl encrusted boots with white patterned leggings and an oversized scarf. The confident little star looked every inch red carpet royalty as she posed for pictures with ease, beaming at the paparazzi.
Willow, who released her debut single “Whip My Hair”, reached number 2 in the UK charts. Her debut success however, wasn’t followed as her second track 21st “Century Girl” hit the thumbs down at number 91. Her third single, “Fireball”, hasn’t been charted yet, but it’s expected to be a success with the featured vocals of Nicki Minaj pushing sales higher.
Willow shouldn’t worry though, should her records fail to boom in the future she always has cinema in her blood. Her debut role saw Willow appear alongside Will in 2007’s “I Am Legend”, and even “Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa” grabbed a piece of little Smith as they enlisted her to be the voice of Baby Gloria. Her success to date has seen her being cast as the leading lady in the modern remake of “Annie”, due in 2012.
