Just two weeks after the break of  Versace for H&M and the announcement of a second collection in January, H&M has teamed up with Marni to create yet another luxury capsule collection.

Marni is a family owned Italian brand know for its prints, spirits and excitement that it brings to the runway of Milan Fashion Week. The house is run by Consuelo Castiglioni, the founder and creative director. The collection will be available on the 8th March 2012 will feature both menswear and womenswear.  “I wanted to create a true Marni wardrobe by revisiting all our favorite pieces in signature fabrics and prints. As always, I love juxtaposing prints and colours, mixing modern tribal with Bauhaus graphic adding sporty utilitarian elements”. Says Consuelo.

The menswear will be soft in term of colours and print, subtle prints will only be used for linings  or as a contrast detail on shirts.

Personally, I am very excited for this collection because Marni has been one of those brands I definitely look on during Milan Fashion Week and I absolutely adore their graphic male sweaters. So bringing it to a wider audience is just truly amazing. Mark your calendars!
