The campaign is a bit disturbing with haunted and hollow looks from Kate Moss but nothing less can be expected from the British label.

According to creative director Sarah Burton, the campaign was inspired by 1960 Brit flick “Peeping Tom” which sees a serial killer murder women and then record their dying expressions on camera. The campaign shots are quite disturbing.

In it an unknown voyeur follows Moss through a darkened street, while holding a replica doll version of the model, before she enters a desolate building and begins to take off her clothes. As expected from Alexander McQueen, it is every bit as otherworldly and sinister as you might imagine.
