Sarah Burton For Alexander Mcqueen fall 2011

This has really been Sarah Burton’s year, from dressing the future queen of England, to almost being poached by LVMH to take over from Dior and finally to winning designer of the year. She has managed to do what almost every designer only wishes to do, but did it in less than a year. Sarah has definitely brought wonderful prestige to the McQueen brand as well as bringing a feminine lightness to the tough woman the McQueen woman is known for.
