If you could not be a part of the event on Sunday, 19th January 2014 during The President’s Cup at the Lagos Polo Club, Ikoyi, Lagos, these beautiful pictures will surely make you feel like you were right there in the middle of all the action.

The event was co-hosted by Betty Irabor (Publisher, Genevieve Magazine), and Lagos Polo Club & Veuve Clicquot Brand Manager, Ann Ogunsulire. Hundreds of Lagosians and polo enthusiasts enjoyed a sunny day out of  exciting polo matches, high fashion and, of course, flutes of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label and Rose, all enjoyed with stunning views of the club’s horse stables. The event gathered fabulously dressed guests in dramatic hats, fascinators and perfectly tailored, luxurious fabrics and accessories in simple silhouettes.

During half time, guests were invited on the field to take part in the traditional ‘divot stomping’. The stylish guests made an experience out of ‘stomping’ the divots back in place, helping to keep ponies and players safe.
