See Africa Differently is an initiative from Comic Relief that is all about changing perceptions and attitudes towards Africa. It aims to showcase a holistic, real and positive view of Africa, by celebrating areas such as fashion, music, food, sport, comedy, art and business. See Africa Differently does this through giving people new experiences and enabling them to find out for themselves what Africa has to offer.
Date: 9th November, starting at 7.15pm.

This event will showcase fashion, music, food and comedy, as well as give everyone the opportunity to find out about See Africa Differently and network with each other.
Hosting the event will be Blue Peter’s Andy Akinwolere.
Performing a short stand-up routine will be Eddie Kadi.
The attendees at the event will include all the well known names in Comic Relief, the Gates Foundation, Oxfam, The One Campaign and other charities and aid organisations.
High profile celebrities such ass Tinnie Tempah, Tinchy Stryder, Dizzee Rascal, Matthew Williamson, Thandie Newton and Oritse Williams have been invited
