Our readers may recall Path to Possibilities; a UK registered charity committed with transforming the lives of disadvantaged but talented children in Nigeria, from their recent Race4Change which took place at Trent Park on Saturday 30 June.

With the charity race successfully completed, Path to Possibilities is now fast ploughing ahead with its annual charity gala on Saturday 18th August 2012 at the prestigious 5* Grange City Hotel in Tower Hill, London.

The entertainment on the night will be provided by the father of British neo soul Omar and the 1st lady of Afro beats May7ven as the guests enjoy a three-course meal.

The soiree will include a spectacular fashion show by renowned fashion designer Nkwo unveiling her Afro centric collection. The line up of designers also includes the super talented milliner, Emma Brown, who trained with the milliner to the late Queen Mother, and Jezreel Designs who will be showcasing their gorgeous handbag range.

“This event has been designed to provide maximum entertainment to our guests as well as provide a solid platform for generating awareness about the education crisis and immense talent in Nigeria.” stated Titilola Bello, founder of the charity.

The event will be hosted by a SKY TV personality and filmed and aired on OHTV.

Looks like it will be a great night and for a good cause. There should be more Nigerian charity’s like this. Nigerians giving back to their country, doing something not just complaining about it.
