On Saturday 4th May, 2013 premium champagne house, Moet & Chandon teamed
with luxury fashion store 5th + Quansah to celebrate unveiling of designer Tsemaye
Binite’s debut bridal collection at Didi Museum.
A seemingly clad audience of fashion lovers and admirers gathered to enjoy an afternoon of fun, fashion, art and music hosted by luxury brand, Moet & Chandon in celebration of
London-based Nigerian designer, Tsemaye Binite’s autumn/winter and debut bridal
collection.
In the cosy atmosphere of high fashion and art exhibition, guests enjoyed glasses of
champagne by Moet & Chandon while previewing looks from ‘Number 6’ -the designer’s
collection inspired by the label’s developing relationships in the fashion industry.
The designer, Tsemaye Binite in his welcome speech mentioned the idea behind the
collection in relation with luxury brands such as Moet & Chandon; he says, “This is my
first ever stand-alone bridal collection, it’s filled with lots of cool, classy and opulent
designs which is why we’ve invited everyone to enjoy splendid time sampling the collection
and sipping champagne provided by our sponsor Moet & Chandon”.
The event was attended by several personalities including; Caroline Danjuma, Salome
Danjuma, Wizkid, Ruth Osime, Vanessa Banigo, Ify Umeokeke (MBGN Tourism 2012),
Tokini Peterside, Ojy Okpe, Elohor Aisien, Tola Adegbite, Remi Folawiyo, Kemi Kayode,
Abubakar Tafawa-Balewa, Kiki Kamanu, Kemi Adetiba, Amaka Osakwe of Maki Oh,
Dolapo Oni, Zara Okpara and more.
The event continued into the evening as guests nibbled on canapés, sweets and sipped
champagnes by Moet & Chandon.
