Its the Ghana dance craze that is swipping the globe. Azonto has become one dance that has gained worldwide prominence within the shortest timeframe.
The biggest phenomenon in Ghana in 2011, Azonto, continues to buzz across the country and across the globe via the World Wide Web. Travelling across the country, from schools, through the streets, into nightclubs, parties and even made its way into churches. The kids are doing it, men and women are trying it and people keep introducing their own elements to the dance.
It has even claimed a entry into Wikipedia and millions of views on YouTube, the craze is spreading like wild fire.
