From Lupita Nyong’o and her hair band to Sandra Bullock’s retro waves to Kerry Washington’s vampy lip, this year’s Oscars brought some breathtaking gowns as well as some show-stopping beauty looks.
Brad Pitt went for a young yet sophisticated look. He caught our attention with the slicked back mohawk going on with his hair.
Kerry was undeniably glowing, rocking a vampy oxblood lip and a soft, wavy half-up, half-down ’do. Her Oscar look was the definition of elegance.
Bono’s fine cute is a true definition of dapper. He adds a bit of ruggedness with his stubble and we can’t help but appreciate the look.
The actor is wearing an off white Saint Laurent shawl collar tuxedo with a red bow-tie and black shoes. We just love his hair and the highlights that come with it.
Charlize Theron is a constant delight when it comes to hairstyles. Her smoothed, short chop was nothing short of elegant, as was her bronzed glow. Harry Winston jewels completed her look.
Lupita Nyong’o was the one we were all waiting to take the red carpet at the 2014 Oscars. Her Cinderella-esque Prada gown seemed only natural she don a crystal headband and pretty pink lipstick.
Julia Roberts looked beautiful and classic – a true pretty woman. Her simple nude lips and flushed cheeks made her look for the night more elegant.
Margot Robbie flawlessly made the transition from blonde to brunette. We love those curls. To top of her vampy look, Robbie swiped on a rich dark lip just like Kerry did.
A pregnant Olivia Wilde glowed on the red carpet on Sunday. She chose a modern beehive updo with soft tendrils, as well as thick, black cat eyes. A lovely nude lip brought it all together.
Classy with a bit of fun is the look Sandra Bullock achieved. While her perfectly coiffed sideswept curls are equally elegant and classic, Sandy added a bit of modern fun to her look with some teal liner in the waterline of her bottom lids. A dark manicure and ear cuffs add the perfect bit of edge to the sophisticated look.
Tiffany & Co. Blue Book Collection jewels, including ruby stone earrings, and a sweeping updo made Amy’s look for the night an attraction.
Everyone’s favorite girl-next-door Jennifer Lawrence styled her short chop into a teased pouf. Luminescent skin and a primrose pout finished her look.
Elegantly and lightly draped, with a chiffon cape-inspired detail, the effect of Penelope’s dress was a softly romantic one. Her makeup complemented this. Chopard diamond chandelier earrings only brightened her radiant smile, as she completed the look with a nude lip and topknot-inspired updo.
Anne accessorized her gown with Gucci shoes and a black plexiglass clutch. To allow her minimalist look to shine, Anne smartly kept her jewels and makeup minimal. It was a beautiful example of modern, edgy glamour.
Naomi Watts won us over with the bold red lips. The stunning actress was head-to-toe perfection with her dress, red lips and glossy, sideswept locks.
Lady Gaga traded in her standard otherworldly styling for a more classic approach. She even skipped the long extensions for a sleek, platinum-blonde updo and pretty lilac eye shadow.
Kate Hudson absolutely shut it down at the 2014 Oscars. With so much drama in Versace dress, she limited herself to a few delicate pieces of diamond jewelry and subtle makeup. The hair was classic old glamour Hollywood.
