Friday, 3 October will see the latest instalment of a Diaspora initiative for businesses and individuals seeking to reach out to Africa – Corporate Afrika, a social networking platform for businesses, products and entrepreneurs to interact and access the growing African consumers and businesses that have interest in Africa or from Africa that have interest in the UK, with key focus is networking, recruitment, mentoring and activating opportunity.
Corporate Afrika takes place first Friday of every month with a different theme each month and experienced individuals from specific industries who share their experiences with other guests in an informal set up. With a very mixed crowd in regards to age and background, diverse industries are also represented from media to financial services to information technology.
