People love to hate on the Kardashians (or hate to love on them, either way). But one Los Angeles artist took our love/hate relationship with the TV family to a whole other level by posting some doctored parking signs outside of the sisters’ Melrose Avenue Dash boutique on Tuesday.
“NO KARDASHIAN PARKING ANYTIME,” read one of the signs posted by L.A. street artist Plastic Jesus, according to L.A. Weekly.
The artist, known as the “Bankys of L.A.,” told the paper he installed 7 of the signs in the area, outside the Ivy and Cecconi’s restaurants and an Urban Outfitters on Melrose.
“I suppose it’s a protest at the obsession with the Kardashians and every kind of move they make,” the U.K.-born artist said. “Their lunch outings and shopping trips are media events in themselves. What can be fascinating about someone pumping gas?”
